We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for Dvor Store Credit.

Customers are responsible for completing a RMA Request Form for all returns and for any applicable return charges unless the item is defective, incorrect or broken.

Reminder:

We are unable to accept a return without a completed RMA Request Form. Please note that in order to complete this form, a printer will be required.
